Located in the Lodge at Sonoma in California’s Wine Country, Carneros Bistro and Wine Bar features seasonal farm to table cuisine. Carneros Bistro and Wine Bar focuses on using the very best from local Sonoma farms, ranches, and dairies. Rising star chef Janine Falvo often harvests from the restaurant’s own year round 480 square foot garden. The modern local cuisine is complemented by a 400 Sonoma County wine list, which was developed by Sommelier Christopher Sawyer.

Carneros Bistro and Wine Bar holds year round annual winemaker and themed dinners such as Heirloom Tomato Dinner, Lobster Bake, and a very unique Salt Dinner. Our daily menu features Sonoma’s bounty of ingredients cooked over our wood fired grill, oven and rotisserie.
