SPA HOURS OF OPERATION
Open daily from 8:30 am – 7:30 pm including holidays.
Appointments are scheduled from 9 am – 7 pm.
Hours are subject to change based upon seasonal demand.
CHECK-IN
To make your entire spa experience one of effortless relaxation and enjoyment, please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Arriving early will give you the opportunity to indulge in our amenities such as the eucalyptus steam rooms or outdoor hot tubs, and ensure you start your treatment on time.
AMENITIES
Rejuvenate in our eucalyptus steam rooms, outdoor hot tubs, warm soaking pools, and outdoor cabanas located in our private spa garden (bathing suits are required in co-ed areas). Raindance Spa Collection amenities are available in the men's and women's locker rooms. A robe, slippers and a locker are provided with each treatment and upon request for day use guests. All spa guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness facility located in the main building of the resort.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Raindance Spa is open to the public and guests of The Lodge at Sonoma. use of Raindance Spa is included with any spa treatment. Guests must be 18 years of age to use entire spa facility and receive any treatment. Minors ages 16-17, are permitted to receive facials and nail treatments with written consent from a parent or guardian, however, they may not use the steam facility. We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the spa or wear jewelry, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. In consideration of other spa guests and to preserve an atmosphere of
serenity, please leave cell phones behind.
FOOD & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages into the spa. Spa water, hot herbal tea, and light snacks are complimentary. Roomservice, beverages, and wine are available for purchase.
FEES
Use of the spa facilities is included with spa treatments. Day use passes are available for purchase Monday through Friday based on spa occupancy. please call 707.931.2034 for availability.
RESERVATIONS
Please call 707.931.2034 to schedule spa treatments. To reserve your preferred treatment time we strongly recommend booking in advance.
HEALTH CONCERNS
If you are under medical care or pregnant, please consult your physician prior to making your reservation. Please notify us of any health concerns you may have when making reservations.
CANCELLATIONS
In consideration of the therapists and our other guests, we require a 24-hour notice for
cancellations and/or changes to your spa appointments. If appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours we do charge the full fee of spa service. If an appointment is changed or rescheduled less than 24-hours in advance, a service charge in the amount of 25% will be charged.
