Event Satisfaction & Planner Reviews

Have you recently brought a group to The Lodge? We would love to receive your feedback on your stay, experience with our Group Sales & Events team, or any suggestions that would elevate your attendee’s experience.

“The Lodge is gorgeous! It is so wonderfully located with great amenities. The jewel in its crown however is the staff. Zachariah Wood was a joy to work with! He was prompt, professional and kept track of all our requests, on-time and on budget. The white glove service we received from everyone we came in contact with was truly impressive. I am so grateful to him and the other teams for making this a 5-star experience!“ McKesson, April 2026

“Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Our group has a lot of different physical abilities, and everyone was able to attend and participate. (ADA friendly!)” Watch Duty, March 2026

“Liz is fabulous! She took care of us and made the experience wonderful.” JB&A, March 2026
