Inspired Venues to Foster Creativity

We are able to accommodate a variety of group types and sizes, from fully equipped, boardroom-style conference meetings to smaller breakout sessions hosted beneath the California sun. All of our recently updated event venues boast natural light and leading-edge audiovisual services.

Stone Building & Lawn

One of Sonoma’s most unique meeting destinations, the Stone Building incorporates a rustic indoor space with exposed beam ceilings, a charming fireplace, built-in bar, and plenty of natural light, as well as an assortment of outdoor venues for receptions of up to 500 people. The outdoor spaces feature lush lawns, scenic gardens and patio spaces — all of which showcase California wine country’s famously beautiful weather.

Sonoma Ballroom

Our largest indoor space for up to 300 people, the Sonoma Ballroom can be divided into three rooms: Sonoma A (1,540 ft2), Sonoma B (770 ft2), and Sonoma C (770 ft2). Located adjacent to the Sonoma Ballroom, the Upper Pool Deck is the perfect outdoor venue to soak in the beautiful wine country weather while mingling.

Heritage Oak

Adjacent to The Lodge’s small plot of grape vines, this beautiful outdoor space is situated under our 150-year-old oak tree and is lit with lanterns that hang from the tree. A wonderfully unique choice for receptions of up to 50 people.

Broadway Building

Ideal for small conferences, board meetings, and breakouts of up to 30 people, this separate building houses five Sonoma event spaces: Azalea (882 ft2), Camelia (336 ft2), Lavender (336 ft2), Maple (882 ft2), and Manzanita (1,500 ft2).

Blue Oak & Magnolia

Located in the main Lodge building, the Blue Oak Room (910 ft2), and Magnolia Room (696 ft2) are joined by a central patio. These quaint and intimate Sonoma event spaces are stylish choices for smaller gatherings.
