Perfect for a business meeting or welcome reception because of it’s proximity to the Lobby, The Olive Room can be divided in half – Olive A (609 ft2), and Olive B (609 ft2). A small patio overlooking the front drive of the hotel offers breathtaking views and allow fresh air to flow into the room with the French doors left open.
One of Sonoma’s most unique meeting destinations, the Stone Building incorporates a rustic indoor space with exposed beam ceilings, a charming fireplace, built-in bar, and plenty of natural light, as well as an assortment of outdoor venues for receptions of up to 200 people. The outdoor spaces feature lush lawns, scenic gardens and patio spaces — all of which showcase California wine country’s famously beautiful weather.
Our largest indoor space for up to 300 people, the Sonoma Ballroom can be divided into three rooms: Sonoma A (1,540 ft2), Sonoma B (770 ft2), and Sonoma C (770 ft2). Located adjacent to the Sonoma Ballroom, the Upper Pool Deck is the perfect outdoor venue to soak in the beautiful wine country weather while mingling.
Adjacent to The Lodge’s small plot of grape vines, this beautiful outdoor space is situated under our 400-year-old oak tree and is lit with lanterns that hang from the tree. A wonderfully unique choice for receptions of up to 125 people.
Ideal for small conferences, board meetings, and breakouts of up to 30 people, this separate building houses four Sonoma event spaces: Azalea (882 ft2), Camelia (336 ft2), Lavender (336 ft2) and Maple (882 ft2).
Located in the main Lodge building, the Blue Oak Room (910 ft2), and Magnolia Room (696 ft2) are joined by a central patio. These quaint and intimate Sonoma event spaces are stylish choices for smaller gatherings.
