Spa Information & Policies

In addition to our treatment rooms, The Spa at The Lodge offers an outdoor pool and whirpools, Barrel Sauna, and relaxation lounge.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In order to honor each guest experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of their appointment.

In consideration of other spa guests and to preserve an atmosphere of serenity, please leave your cell phones behind.

NOTE – Use of the spa facility is complimentary with spa services. Enjoy our Barrel Sauna, outdoor pool, and a co-ed relaxation room. The Spa at The Lodge is an adult facility. All guests receiving treatments or using spa facilities are required to be 18 years of age.

Guests are not permitted to bring food and beverages into The Spa. Spa water, hot herbal tea, and light snacks are complimentary. Food, beverage, and wine are available for purchase.

An 20% service charge is automatically applied to each service. Menu prices do not reflect this charge. All prices and services are subject to change without notification. Additional gratuities may be offered at the discretion of the guest.

Our mission continues to be to provide the best care for you, our guest. Our commitment remains constant to provide nurturing, quality, highly skilled spa/salon services.

We continue to monitor all current and trustworthy sources, most notably local and state health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), for all new viral viruses, as well as any COVID-19 updates.

We continue to ask our guests and employee partners to continually assess your health and wellness as you enter the spa, as we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of each spa guest and our employee partners is considered. Please assess your health and wellness to the best of your ability, and let us know if you are currently having or may have experienced any of the listed symptoms over the last fourteen (14) days:

We would be happy to reschedule your spa experience if you are currently experiencing any of the above symptoms to a later time to ensure you can enjoy your spa service.

  • Our Employee Partners have been trained to execute in a highly detailed disinfecting process for all treatment rooms, salon stations and all public locations. We provide ample time for our Employee Partners to properly disinfect and prepare the treatment room/space for the next guest.  Providing you a comfortable, nurturing and therapeutically beneficial service.
