Wellness Experience Options (Choose one)-

Option 1

Led Hike and Meditation on Sonoma Overlook Trail (60–120-minute sessions):

Embark on a soul-nourishing journey, connecting with nature, mind, and body. Feel rejuvenated from this 1.5-2.5 mile hike and enlightened from a top-of-the-trail meditation. Wear comfortable shoes and layers. Water will be provided!

Option 2

Sound Healing / Sound Bath (30–60-minute sessions):

Experience the magic inside and out with restorative yoga combined with the healing sounds of crystal bowls and gongs. Reduce stress, relax the nervous system, and settle into the present moment while you heal and nourish your body and mind! No experience is necessary.

Option 3

1 on 1 Nutrition Consulting (45-60 minutes sessions): 

Schedule an in-person consultation with one of our certified health coaches to discuss your health goals and develop a plan! More than just nutritional counseling, they will be able to guide you on stress management, set exercise goals to increase energy and stamina, and support you with preventative tips to steer clear of chronic diseases. Coaches can offer continued services through Zoom.

This package must be purchased 7 days in advance.

To be eligible for the wellness experience, guests are required to secure their booking prior to their arrival date.

Bookings not made prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of eligibility.

A valid email address and phone number must be provided with the reservation to complete the booking process.
